STERLING BANK PLC RC 2392 Announces the result of the
PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF 7,471,698,113 ORDINARY SHARES OF 50 KOBO EACH AT ₦2.65 PER SHARE
With respect to the Placement Memorandum dated December 22, 2014
• One (1) application for 7,197,604,531 Ordinary Shares of 50 Kobo each at ₦2.65 per share was received in respect of the Offer, this being the subscription from the targeted investor.
• The application was considered valid and was accepted.
• The Offer was therefore 96.3% subscribed.
A share certificate in the name of the successful allottee will be dispatched or the allottee’s account with the Central Securities Clearing Systems will be credited by the Registrars to the Offer, Sterling Registrars Limited, Akuro House, 8th floor, 24 Campbell Street Lagos, not later than January 23, 2015.
The above-stated Basis of Allotment and this announcement have been cleared by the Securities & Exchange Commission.
